Wellput Will

Wellput Will

William "Wellput Will" Batchelor was born and raised in the city of Detroit. His music career started in high school while playing around with peers, but basketball was his passion which carried him to South Carolina when he graduated. Will attended Benedict College for 2 years, unfortunate circumstances caused him to leave early and without school, staying out of trouble became a challenge. Months later Wellput found himself back in a familiar space, utilizing music as a peaceful ground.
The trouble he found himself creating and needing to escape from during his 4-5 year residency in Columbia, South Carolina led him to Riverdale, Georgia. He found interest in the Atlanta music scene and nightlife. He quickly came to the realization that in order to be a part of it you needed to have money and build relationships, for Will, this was easy. He became known for his aggressive street style of rap and his humbleness to his craft.
After also realizing that promo and marketing were indeed necessities to be seen and heard he found a reliable promoter and after a while became recognized as a public figure and an artist creating a wave in Atlanta, Detroit, as well as a few other small cities and states. Expanding his talents you can now find Will playing the lead role in several independent films, continuing his music, releasing videos, recording as a featured artist, and venturing in party promoting.

B-Girl, Choreographer, Artist - Portia Kirkland

"I was taught to always be nice and respectful of others and in college I learned the importance of opening my mouth, dressing the part at ALL TIMES and to never become comfortable. Always stay on edge when out in public because YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO! I tell this to everyone, no matter their age, because I have been blessed on numerous occasions by simply adhering to that message. Over the past couple of years I have had the opportunity to establish a relationship/familiarity, become social media friends, email buddies as well as LinkedIn partners with Ms. Kirkland, all the while never knowing her story. I AM BEYOND HONORED to be featuring her on my site today and look forward to being apart of any endeavor she sets forth in accomplishing. To think I have had a piece of history, wisdom, beauty and GREATNESS in my reach this whole time and never even knew it. If you do not know who she is PLEASE take a look below of all of her many FANTASTIC accomplishments in life and in the music industry alone. It’s because of her many of our favorite trend setting artists have flourished!"

Urban Soul Singer - Brik.Liam - talkoffame101

Urban Soul Singer - Brik.Liam

"Featuring Brik as well as being apart of his endeavors is such an honor for me. This is the first time I have ever had to refer to him as Brik.Liam. We first met when I was a freshman at Clark Atlanta University and I had just joined the CAU worship choir, which, like any other choir, had designated worship leaders and Jacobi, now known as Brik.Liam, was one of them. He was such a pleasure to be around, always happy and helpful in cheering others up. He was like our choir hype man.

He is such a beautiful soul with a beautiful voice to match. He moved the hearts of many while singing for the Lord and I am just at awe right now as I am witnessing his musical evolution. I can feel the passion when I listen to his music and I can see the joy in his performances. To say he was born to be a musical icon is an understatement, it’s more like music was created to show his God given gifts and bless the universe will his angelic tone, unique imagery and to lead the industry into a higher realm of greatness.

His music takes me out of my comfort zone, meaning conforming myself to like the identical melodies we know as music today. Everyone sounds the same and not too many have originality with their overall style. Brik breaks those barriers and leaves an everlasting impression on the mind, in the heart and gives the body a feel for dance like no one else has nor can.
